assist in packaging, soliciting and pre-qualifying bidders and then
conduct a detailed evaluation of submitted bids. During construction,
our experienced construction management and project personnel maintain,
inspect and monitor all construction activities. After construction
and before occupancy, we test all systems and present final documentation
to the owner.
