By submitting this registration form, you indicate that you agree to the following:

Guardian Group, Inc.'s ("Guardian") eGUARD™ (eGUARD™) is offered to you for your use conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein as set forth in the Terms of Service located at the bottom half of the page detailing the Site Map of Guardian's website, www.guardiangroup.com. Your use of eGUARD™ constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

"Client" has asked Guardian Group, Inc. to make available to the Client via the Internet Client's surety bond claim information. This information contained herein is only a summary and should not be relied upon without additional detail. Guardian Group, Inc. will provide to Client a confidential password that will allow Client to access claim information.

Guardian uses current technology to protect Client data unauthorized access. Client is aware that the risk of unauthorized access to claim information is increased by carrying it on the internet and acknowledges that unauthorized access to claim information, through misuse of Client's password or breach of Guardian security or otherwise, may place Client's claim information at greater risk of theft or subject them to other illegal or harmful activity. Guardian will strive to prevent unauthorized access to Client's data on the Internet, but does not warrant or guarantee that such access will be prevented and shall not be liable for any consequences or damages arising therefrom.

Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Guardian and its officers, directors; and employees and any subsidiaries of Guardian from and against any and all damages, claims, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of Guardian carrying out Client's claim information on the internet.

ACCESS LIMITED TO REGISTERED USERS

Access to any area or page of the eGUARD™ is limited solely to registered password holders. Only active registered users of the Website are permitted to view restricted areas. By registering as a user of the Website and actually logging on to eGUARD™, you are agreeing that you shall not allow any unregistered or unauthorized person to utilize your password or to view any portion of eGUARD™ that requires a password to access. Client is responsible for advising Guardian of Client employees authorized to access claims information and of any changes in an authorized employee's status.

SOFTWARE AND CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH eGUARD™

All content and software (if any) that is made available to view and/or download in connection with eGUARD™ or systems (collectively "Content") is owned by and is the copyrighted work of Guardian and/or its suppliers or affiliates, and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. By using eGUARD™ and/or accessing the Content or any portion thereof, you hereby acknowledge that the Content provided to you by or on behalf of Guardian constitutes confidential and/or proprietary information of Guardian. You agree that you shall hold all such Content in confidence and trust and shall not, without the prior written consent of Guardian, disclose or provide all or any portion of the Content to any other person or entity.

Guardian hereby grants to you, the user, a revocable personal, non-transferable license to use the Content for viewing and otherwise using eGUARD™ and related services in accordance with these Terms of Use, and for no other purpose provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Content is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE CONTENT OR SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED. You acknowledge that the Content, and any accompanying documentation and/or technical information, is subject to applicable export control laws and regulations of the USA. You agree not to export or re-export the Content, directly or indirectly, to any countries that are subject to USA export restrictions.
